Peter’s Proposal About Camera Phone Tone

Peter King Republican Parliament (Congress) member from long island in New has introduced a new proposal about cell phone camera tone. According his narration Cell Phone Manufacturer will must introduce an audible sound in cell phone camera which is not changeable or editable by cell phone users. He claimed that photograph taking time a sound must be heard from a reasonable radius from cell phone camera by photo donor. This is called” Camera Phone Predator Alert Act.” This proposal is currently lodged in the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

The idea behind the bill is to prevent people specially from taking pictures by phone without other people knowing. This declaration may be nice and beneficial for all levels in our society especially for children. This is legal and should be supported by all. You must take permission from the Photo donor before take his/her picture this is common and right thinking. But suddenly without anybody’s awareness or permission you cannot take his or her picture. If anybody does that it will be violation of law and hampering on anybody’s personal choice and feeling.

We congratulate Peter’s idea. This will protect person’s freedom about unauthorized phone picturing process from third party. This is great idea and good respecting of personal feeling and impression of others. Another all MP from congress should support it. Not only in America. another all country should think about Peter’s proposal. After bitter experience and a lot of claims from common people about unauthorized phone picturing it is already passed by parliament in many countries and it is a common law there such as Japan and South Korea.

It may be cause of pain for somebody such as FBI, CIA, or any other detective branch but they should remember that this act is only for camera cell phone users not for other strong spy camera man. Finally we congratulate again this kind of proposal from Peter king. More about this proposal
